๐ŸŒธ Meditation Practice: Immerse yourself in the sitting meditation with two weekly practices.

๐ŸŒธ Tuesday Sessions (18:00 - 20:00): Start your week by nurturing the harmony between mind and body through gentle Qi Gong exercises. Then practice your focus and presence with zazen meditation.

๐ŸŒธ Saturday Sessions (9:00 - 12:00): Learn about Zen through teachings. Then practice on the cushion breath, body, and mind alignment. Engage in the meditative art of Zen calligraphy as an expression of your life energy.

๐ŸŒธ Supportive Instructor: Benefit from the guidance of a dedicated Zen teacher to support your meditation journey. You can ask questions and benefit from personalized guidance to help you deepen your practice.
